How long will shipping take?
We offer three different shipping options: Standard: 3-7 business day delivery Expedited: 2-5 business day delivery Priority: 2-3 business day delivery
Where do you ship to?
At the moment, we only ship to USA. We are looking into shipping internationally soon!
How can I check my order status?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email notification that contains a tracking number. You can track your order by looking up the tracking number on the delivery company's website.
What if I need to modify or cancel my order?
Please email us right away! If your order isn’t confirmed yet, then we will be able to change your order. However, once the order is confirmed and shipped, then we aren’t able to make any changes.
How do I return or exchange my order?
We offer 30 days for any returns or exchanges. If you’re not happy with order, please email us right away at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll do our best to make it right. ALL orders must be in its original packaging complete with any supplied hardware. Otherwise, you may be charged a restocking fee. Any returns or exchanges may be subject to a shipping/delivery fee.
My product arrived damaged. What do I do?
We do our best to protect all of our products with proper packaging. Sometimes, our packages are mishandled by shipping carriers and may arrived damaged. No worries – just reach out to us at email@example.com and we’ll send over a replacement.
